The correct Armor Tube size is the same as the tire size.
The only difference is that you will have to use a slightly smaller tube than normal.

Tannus Armor is a polymer-based insert that is positioned between the tire and the inner tube. It offers greater protection against punctures, increases driving comfort and improves grip when cornering.
Tannus Armor is made from a proprietary material called Aither. The Aither material is a closed micro-cell polymer-based blend that encompasses more than 15 years of R&D.
They were designed for mountain bikes, Enduro, DH and gravel but are also perfect for city bikes and cycle touring. On racing bikes we recommend Tannus Airless instead.
We recommend not using Tannus Armor with a tubeless setup. Using the inner tube eliminates the burp effect, drastically reduces direct punctures and lateral cuts and increases ease of use.
No, the insert is designed to be used exclusively with an inner tube. Latex, in addition to being detrimental to the insert and its durability, would have no additional use. In fact, by using the traditional inner tube and Armor you prevent pinching, side cuts, the burp effect and many ruined clothes. It is also advisable to clean the inside of the tire to remove any latex residue inside it.
One of the advantages of using Tannus Armor is that, in the event of a puncture, you can still go home with a flat tire. In fact, Tannus Armor offers you an extra protective cushion inside the tire that allows you not to damage the rim. The only recommendation if you get a puncture far from home is not to exceed a speed of 10-15 km/h and to avoid excessively rough terrain.
The Aither material has memory but if put under too much pressure it can give way a few millimeters of thickness especially under the tread. The higher the pressure, the more the Armor will crush over time. If you want to keep the Armor as thick and performing as possible, it is better to keep a lower pressure (say under 2 Atm).
Simple. The size of Tannus Armor corresponds exactly to the size of the tire on which they are applied. Ex. Do you have a 29x2.2? The armor suitable for you is the 29x1.95-2.5.
It is not recommended. The insert works well at very low pressures and is created specifically for the world of MTB, Enduro and DH.
Yes, Armor is hockless compatible.
The tires that adapt best to the insert are light tires, with little sidewall and that run loose. Tires with a heavy casing are less suitable. The latter would make the wheel heavier and, at times, make assembly more difficult.

Of course, just respect the measurements of the insert with the new tyre.
The correct inner tube, tire levers and possibly some talcum powder.
The assembly tips are:
It would be better to keep the valve as tight as possible or even not put it at all.
