Terms and conditions:
Return period: We accept returns within 30 days of the product order date. Non-compliant products: To be eligible for return, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received, must not have been used or damaged, and must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and labels. Reason for return: Returns are only accepted for defective products, if they differ from the order or if the products are damaged in transit. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product if you have received an incorrect or damaged product.
Return procedure:
Fill out the form: In order to receive all the information necessary for the return, please proceed to filling out the form. Our team will then assist you and provide you with detailed instructions. Packaging: Pack the product securely using the shipping box or equivalent. Make sure to include all accessories and original packaging. Return shipping: The handling costs for the return/exchange of goods, equal to an amount of 10 Euros VAT, will be charged to the customer. In case of defective products, shipping costs will not be charged. One of our collaborators will provide you with further information on the return procedure. Return inspection: Once we receive the return, we will carry out an inspection to verify that the product meets the requirements. Once the practice has been approved, we will proceed with the refund or sending a new product.
Refunds and exchanges:
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected. If your return is approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment method within 15 business days. The refund will have an amount equal to the value of the order minus 10 euros for management costs which are borne by the customer. Exchanges: If you wish to make an exchange for another product, we will ask you to indicate the new desired product. The availability of the exchange product is subject to verification. A cost of 10 euros for management costs will be applied to the exchange of goods.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.
