Find your Tubeless size

The correct tubeless size is the same as the tire size.


1) Find out the size of your tire

Tires usually have dimensions written on them. Take a look on the side of your tire. You need to look for the two numbers with an "x" in the middle. E.g. 27.5 x 2.35 or 29 x 2.40

2) Select the correct size of Tannus Tubeless

Once you have discovered your tire size, consult the table above. The suitable size of Tannus Tubeless corresponds exactly to the size of your tire and all tires within the indicated size range.


E.g. A 27.5" x 2.10"- 2.60" Tubeless is suitable for both 27.5" x 2.10" and 27.5" x 2.60" tires and 27.5" x 2.40" tires

How to mount Tubeless

Recommended pressure from 0.1 to 0.5 Atm lower than that used without Tubeless insert

Useful Tips

Tubeless has several slots that allow the perfect flow of latex. During assembly it is advisable to align one of these slots near the valve.

The Tubeless insert has several slots that allow the perfect flow of latex from the inside to the outside of the tire. During assembly it is advisable to align one of these slots near the valve.

It is recommended to insert a quantity of latex between 60 ~ 120 ml.
